We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 48-hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.


The Harborview Inn and Suites is located off of the I-5 San Diego Freeway and sits only two blocks from the popular Little Italy neighborhood.  We are a leisurely stroll to sought after area shopping, entertainment, a short drive to popular San Diego attractions and the Pacific Ocean.  Our location is near public transportation and is just seven minutes from the San Diego International Airport.  


Harborview Inn and Suites provides guests with complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, complimentary parking, and complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.  Other services include daily housekeeping, a 24-hour business center with Fax and copy services, express check-in and check-out, and a multi-lingual staff.  Concierge

Children and Extra Beds

Children are welcome at Harborview Inn and Suites.  Up to two children age 12 or younger stay for free when using existing beds in the same room as parent or guardian. Children over age 12 are charged USD 10 per night in an extra bed. Only 1 extra bed or crib allowed per room.  Any type of extra bed or crib must be confirmed by management and is only available upon request. 


ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel at no additional cost.  Absolutely no other pets not allowed.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. A valid photo ID and credit card are both required at check-in. Hotel takes a credit pre-authorization but does not accept cash deposits of $200.
